Hi! I’m Rebecca, the owner of Paws & Claws Pet Care! Animals have always been a huge part of my life—I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats and have been vegan for nine years! My journey in the pet care industry began in 2020 at my first doggie daycare job and I quickly fell in love with it! Now, with over 4 years of professional pet care experience, I’m proud to be running my own business, providing personalized and loving care to pets. As this business continues to grow, I am building an amazing team of fellow animal lovers who are fully trained, pet CPR certified, insured, bonded, and passionate about pet care. Meet My Pets!
My furry family consists of three dogs and a cat. Willow is an 8 year old pug & coonhound mix who loves napping and howling out the window! Lemon is a 2-year-old basset & beagle mix who is full of energy and loves to give kisses! Gaia and Juniper are the newest family members and our mascots! Gaia is a 5-year-old torbie who loves food and belly rubs! Juniper is a 2-year-old cattle dog mix who loves long walks and chasing squirrels! She is also my co-worker and can tag along on walks if your pup is dog-friendly!
My first dog was Daisy, a sweet spaniel/basset mix that loved people and naps. She lived a long life and passed away at age 14. Tilly was my first cat, she was a tabby who loved cuddles and food! I rescued her when she was 8 years old and she sadly passed away at age 11 due to cancer. I took care of them both in their old age and miss them both dearly.
