Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, and I strive to accommodate your needs to the best of my abilities.

For pet sittings that are scheduled for three nights or longer, I kindly request a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellations or changes to the booking. If you need to cancel such a booking and fail to provide a 7-day notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total will apply.

For drop-in visits or walks, I appreciate a 24 to 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, but there is no cancellation fee.

For adventure walks and photography sessions, I require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you need to cancel such a booking and fail to provide a 48 hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total will apply.

Cancellation fees may be waived in the case of emergencies.

Weather Policy

I understand that weather conditions can vary, and I’m committed to ensuring your pet's comfort and safety during visits.

In cases of extreme weather, such as temperatures above 85 degrees F or below 35 degrees F, walks may be shortened to an average of 15 minutes to prevent discomfort and potential health issues for your pet. If the weather is dangerous (thunderstorms, snow, etc.), I can provide a quick potty break for your pet and spend the remaining time indoors engaging in playtime, cuddles, or other activities to ensure your pet's well-being.
