Cancellation & Booking Policies

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.

For drop-in visits and walks, we appreciate a notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the service fee will apply. If a staff member arrives for the visit before cancellation, the full service fee will apply. There is a $5 fee for last-minute bookings within 24 hours, and a holiday surcharge of $5 extra per visit.

For adventure walks, pet taxi, and photography sessions, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to the booking. If you need to cancel and fail to provide a 48-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total will apply. There is a $10 fee for last-minute bookings within 48 hours, a $10 fee for weekend bookings, and a holiday surcharge of $10 extra per booking.

For overnight stays (for stays of 2 nights or longer), we kindly request a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel within 7 days, a cancellation fee of 30% of the estimated total will apply; if you cancel within 3 days, a fee of 50% of the estimated total will apply. There is a $50 fee for last-minute bookings within 48 hours, and a holiday surcharge of $20 extra per night.

Cancellation fees may be waived in the case of emergencies or weather conditions.

Weather Policy

We understand that weather conditions can vary, and we are committed to ensuring your pet's comfort and safety during visits.

In cases of extreme weather, such as temperatures above 85 degrees F or below 35 degrees F, walks may be shortened to an average of 15 minutes to prevent discomfort and potential health issues for your pet. If the weather is dangerous (thunderstorms, snow, etc.), we can provide a quick potty break for your pet and spend the remaining time indoors engaging in playtime, cuddles, or other activities to ensure your pet's well-being.
